Website terms of use
These terms govern use of this website. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Sphere Digital; “you” means anyone visiting or using the site.
About these terms
This page covers use of the website. Project work is governed by a separate, signed agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline, responsibilities and intellectual-property terms for that work. If a project agreement and these website terms say different things about a project, the project agreement takes precedence.
Using this website
You may use this site to understand what we do, evaluate whether Sphere Digital is the right fit and get in touch. Please don’t misuse it. That includes attempting to disrupt it, scrape content at volume or introduce anything harmful.
We aim to keep the information on this site clear and current, but it is general website content, not advice tailored to your business. You should make project decisions from the signed agreement and the written scope for that work.
Our services
The services described on this site, including web development, digital marketing and Product design, are outlined in general terms. What we deliver in any engagement is defined in the project agreement and scope for that work. Nothing on this site is a formal offer, quotation or guarantee of results.
Engaging us
An engagement begins only once both sides have signed an agreement. That agreement sets out the scope, price and payment terms, timeline, responsibilities, review points and what happens if circumstances change. We work to those terms in good faith, and we expect the same in return.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the writing, design and code of the site itself, belongs to Sphere Digital and is made available for you to read and evaluate our work, not to reuse commercially. The intellectual-property terms for client work are set out in the project agreement for that work, including ownership, licences, third-party components and transfer timing.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to third-party sites, we don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and policies apply when you visit them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sphere Digital won’t be liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. We provide the site “as is” and don’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Liability for project work is dealt with in the relevant project agreement, not these website terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last reviewed. Use of the website is governed by the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. State and federal courts within the United States have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.
